Quality Care Services in Belfast is part of the City & County Healthcare Group, which has been involved in delivering high quality home care and personal assistance since 1995.

Today, the group provides more than 70,000 hours of care each week to thousands of people of all ages and needs from 38 regional branches.

The group’s companies have gone from strength to strength on the basis of outstanding service standards and dedication to each service user. The group’s person-centred approach and commitment to excellence is at the heart of how we work at Quality Care Services.

Our company was founded in 1994 and has since expanded to operate throughout the Belfast area, employing more than 160 careworkers who support more than 270 service users – all referred through Belfast Health and Social Care Trust – with around 4,500 hours of care each week.

Our service users are predominantly elderly but we also work with adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health needs, dementia and neurological disorders. In everything we do, it is our aim to provide services to support people to enjoy independent living in their own homes for as long as possible.
